text_font=\u00bbMontserrat||||||||\u00bb text_line_height=\u00bb1.6em\u00bb header_text_color=\u00bb#000000&#8243; text_orientation=\u00bbjustified\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La pol\u00edtica de participaci\u00f3n social en salud \u2013PPSS\u2013<\/strong>, fue adoptada mediante la <strong>Resoluci\u00f3n 2063 de 2017,<\/strong> por el Ministerio de Salud y Protecci\u00f3n Social, resoluci\u00f3n en la cual se reconoce y se eleva la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana como un derecho fundamental vinculado al derecho a la salud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As\u00ed mismo, promueve la participaci\u00f3n social a trav\u00e9s de la intervenci\u00f3n de la comunidad en la organizaci\u00f3n, control, gesti\u00f3n y fiscalizaci\u00f3n de las instituciones del sistema de salud en conjunto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La pol\u00edtica de participaci\u00f3n social en salud \u2013PPSS<\/strong> sienta sus bases jur\u00eddicas en la <strong>Ley 1438<\/strong> &#8211; Reforma SGSS y la <strong>Ley Estatutaria 1751- 2015.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En este sentido la <strong>Resoluci\u00f3n 2063 de 2017<\/strong> determina que las instituciones del sistema de salud en conjunto a nivel nacional deben adoptar esta pol\u00edtica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=\u00bb1_2,1_2&#8243; use_custom_gutter=\u00bbon\u00bb gutter_width=\u00bb2&#8243; _builder_version=\u00bb4.3.2&#8243; custom_padding=\u00bb||0px|||\u00bb][et_pb_column type=\u00bb1_2&#8243; _builder_version=\u00bb4.3.2&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.3.2&#8243; text_font=\u00bbMontserrat||||||||\u00bb text_line_height=\u00bb1.6em\u00bb header_text_color=\u00bb#000000&#8243; text_orientation=\u00bbjustified\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El objetivo de esta iniciativa dentro del <strong>Modelo Integral de Atenci\u00f3n en Salud<\/strong> se reglamenta como un proceso de retroalimentaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mico y constante, con el fin de mejorar su desempe\u00f1o en los resultados en salud, implementando planes que incorporen cambios de procesos respecto a la participaci\u00f3n social, mecanismos de incentivos financieros y mecanismos de difusi\u00f3n e informaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica de participaci\u00f3n social en salud (PPSS)<\/strong> busca dar respuestas a las problem\u00e1ticas, necesidades, dificultades, oportunidades, limitaciones y debilidades que afectan la participaci\u00f3n social en salud, en la perspectiva de <strong>dar cumplimiento al marco legal vigente<\/strong> y, por ende, a la realizaci\u00f3n del derecho humano de la participaci\u00f3n que se encuentra vinculado bajo una l\u00f3gica de interdependencia con el derecho a la salud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00bb1_2&#8243;
